Hardboard Production
Sustainable, rigid, and versatile internal structures for automotive interiors.
Eco-Friendly
Made from recycled wood fibers and bio-degradable binders.
High Rigidity
Provides excellent structural support for door trims and shelving.
Structural Integrity Meets Sustainability
Vuteq's Hardboard production line specializes in creating the rigid core substrates used in various automotive interior parts. By compressing wood fibers under extreme heat and pressure, we create high-density boards that serve as the foundation for Door Panels, Package Trays, and Spare Tire Covers.
Unlike traditional plastics, Hardboard offers a unique combination of stiffness and sound absorption. Our facility is equipped with precision cutting and forming machinery that shapes these boards into complex 3D forms ready for lamination or assembly.
Shape Retention
Maintains form even under fluctuating temperatures and humidity.
Impact Resistance
Protects internal components and provides a solid feel to the user.
Process Overview
- Pulping: Wood chips are broken down into fibers.
- Mat Formation: Fibers are laid out into a uniform mat.
- Hot Pressing: The mat is compressed at high heat to cure natural binders.
- Cutting & Shaping: The board is trimmed and stamped to final dimensions.
- Finishing: Surface treatments are applied for adhesion or water resistance.
